Data Storage
JW Reminder Hub stores the following information locally on your device only:
- Meeting schedules and assignments you create
- Custom templates you design
- Role configuration settings
- General app preferences (meeting day, message sender name)
Important: All data remains on your device. We do not have access to your information, nor do we transmit it to any servers or third parties.
Contact Access
When you choose to select people from your contacts for meeting assignments, JW Reminder Hub requests permission to access your device's Contacts. This access is used exclusively to:
- Allow you to select individuals for specific assignments
- Retrieve phone numbers for sending reminders
Contact information is accessed only when you explicitly use the "From Contacts" feature and is never stored, collected, or transmitted outside your device.
Notifications
The app requests notification permissions to send local reminders about upcoming meetings and assignments. These notifications are generated locally on your device and do not involve any external servers.
2. Data We Do NOT Collect
JW Reminder Hub does not collect, store, or transmit:
- Personal identification information
- Contact lists or phone numbers
- Location data
- Usage analytics or statistics
- Device identifiers
- Any information about you or your device
3. Third-Party Services
JW Reminder Hub does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app operates entirely offline with no network connections for data collection purposes.
4. Message Sending
When you send reminders via text message:
- The app uses your device's native Messages app
- Messages are sent directly from your device using your cellular service or iMessage
- We do not have access to message content or recipient information
- Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply
5. Data Security
Since all data is stored locally on your device:
- Your data is protected by your device's security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID)
- Data is included in your device backups (iCloud or iTunes) if you have backups enabled
- Deleting the app will remove all locally stored data
6. Children's Privacy
JW Reminder Hub does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. The app is designed for coordinators managing meeting schedules and is appropriate for users of all ages.
7. Your Rights
You have complete control over your data:
- Access: All your data is accessible within the app
- Modification: You can edit or delete any schedules, templates, or settings at any time
- Deletion: Deleting the app removes all associated data from your device
